Photography Policy

Leamington RFC takes its duty of care responsibilities very seriously, and so the Youth Section has established a very clear statement regarding the use of photographic equipment at the club.

This is to ensure the privacy and welfare of the children participating in club activities and we ask all members and visitors to the club to respect this policy.

All parents/guardians will be asked, as part of the Registration Process, to give consent for photographs of their children to be taken and to be used by the club on the website and in the press.

If parents do not give such consent, the children will be asked to wear armbands through training and matches to identify them and to prevent photographs or video images being published.

No photographs are to be placed on the internet or website, or used for any form of marketing or promotion without the express permission of the Leamington RFC Youth Section Committee.

All requests for public use of images must be referred through the Leamington RFC Youth Section Committee.

Any person taking photographs or video images must take responsibility for the storage of the photographs and images, which are for personal use only.
