Our aim is to make our Section fair and safe for everyone concerned.
If your child plays for Leamington RUFC you can be sure we take our duty of
care responsibilities extremely seriously and we have Codes of Practice
covering all aspects of our Section.
This club believes that it is important for all members, coaches,
administrators and parents/guardians associated with the club, to show respect
and understanding for the safety and welfare of others.
Therefore, members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any
concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with the
Youth Section Chairman or Youth welfare officer.
We are governed by a clear set of rules and guidelines, and have a
comprehensive child protection and welfare policy. These are available on the

Our players and
officials operate
