The minis played Sutton Coldfield on Sunday 24th January. Leamington U12s battled it out in a thriller, conceding an early 14 point lead then fighting back through tries from the hugely effective Aidan Barnfather, Hugh Doody and Dan Williamson to secure a 21-21 draw.
Leamington u8s completed a three game home clean sweep, 45-40, 40-30 and 25-15 respectively. Drew Sinnott led the way with six tries, while Robbie Foster (5), Harvinder Singh (3), Cameron Mitchell (3), Ollie Milner (2), Harry Lummis (2) and Joe Davison also crossed. Xavier Adkins was another stand out performer. Meanwhile the U7s completed their own clean sweep with four victories over their opponents from Sutton 45-10, 60-35, 25-20 and 25-20. Player of the match Will Callan and Tom Treharne were amongst the try scorers.
The U10s ran out evens, with a won one, lost one, drawn one set of results and Kieran Curran completing a hat trick in their win.
Leamington u13s travelled to Shipston and secured an excellent 33-0 victory. Tries from Connor Freeman (2), Kyle Whitworth (2) and player of the match Jim Reed were supplemented by four conversions from Josh Boorman.
The u14s completed a successful morning with a 34-0 demolition of Shipston. Tom Fisher crossed for a hat trick as Todd Bullock added two conversions to his brace of tries after Tom Fisher had crossed early in the second half capitalising on fine driving play by the forwards that was the platform for am emphatic victory.
The U15s (Pictured) had a "humdinger" of a game away at local rivals Kenilworth. Previous meetings have shown Kenilworth to have too much fire power, but not this time. The game was fast and furious with no clear result assured until Kenilworth scoring in the last minutes to win 20-14.
